School Ministry
Mission Statement: All children need to know there is hope.
The school ministry is a dynamic ministry which aims to come alongside local schools and assist in the holistic development of their students.
Programs we offer
GRITT (Growing Resilience In Tough Times)
- Building resilience and grit to help students bounce back when things don’t go their way and to develop the courage to face challenges head on.
- How to handle stress and anxiety in a healthy way.
FUSION
- How to live a life infused with God’s Word and love.
BRIDGING THE GAP
- A high school readiness program that equips grade 7s with skills to handle the transitions into high school
LITERACY PROJECT
- Developing the reading and comprehensions skills of grade 2s through reading groups and one-on-one sessions
NUMERACY PROJECT
- Developing the mathematical and logic skills of grade 2s through small groups
DEGREE 180
- An anti-bullying program for grade 6 & 7s
LEADERSHIP TRAINING
- For grade 7s & high school students
GLOBAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT: Next Generation
- For high school students

Volunteers
The school ministry is headed up by Jennifer Pietersen and is a volunteer-based ministry. All volunteers are given full training in the specific program they wish to serve in. If you are keen to learn more or sign up as a volunteer, please contact Jennifer at the church office.
